Market rent prices in Finland 2019

The market rent prices for non-subsidized rental dwelling have increased most in the Greater Helsinki in the last quarter of 2019. In this region rents have risen by 6.8 per cent and in the rest of the country by 5.5 per cent from 2015. The average rent level of non-subsidized rental dwellings is still highest in Helsinki, EUR 21.0 per m² and in new tenancies signed in the last six months, the average price of a rented square meter was EUR 22.7 per m² in Helsinki.

According to the Statistics Finland the market rent prices around the Finland at the 4th quarter 2019 (October – December) were the following:

The market rent' prices have increased almost everywhere across Finland from 2015 year but the annual increase has slowed.
