In the Trade register of Finland were registered more than 38 000 of new companies during 2019 year

According to the statistics of the Finnish Trade Register more than 38 000 new companies were registered in 2019 year, that is for a couple of thousand more than in 2018 year.

• The number of new businesses registered is 38 213 in 2019, that is at 2 277 more than a year earlier in 2018, when 35 936 new companies were registered.
• The largest number of businesses formed in 2019 is limited liability companies, that compose 18 100 from the total amount. The removal of the mandatory share capital requirement in 2500 euros for a limited liability company has increased its popularity. In 2018 there were registered 14 700 of new limited liability companies.

Тhere has been a steady increase in the number of registered companies during the last 5 years (2015-2019).
